MODIFICATIONS
Stanislav Bartnikas shall reserve the right at any time that may deem fit to modify, alter, increase and/or decrease prices, change shipping and handling rates, update services, change of tax rates and/or discontinue, whether temporarily or permanently, our service, or any part thereof, without prior notice.

COMMENTS, REVIEWS AND EMAILS
Visitors may post content in reply to the articles as long as it is not obscene, threatening, harassing, illegal, infringing on intellectual rights, defamatory, invasive of privacy or injurious in any way towards the Artist or third parties. Content must be free of political campaign, software viruses and commercial solicitation. When you make a public comment/pot within the blog, you grant Stanislav Bartnikas non-exclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable right to use, modify, reproduce, and publish such content in any of the online media.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold the website owner, Stanislav Bartnikas, from any demands, loss, claims or expenses (including attorney’s fees), made against them by any third party due to or arising from, or in connection with your use of the website or any services offered through the website.
ORDERING POLICY
To create an order, the user must fill up a request form for each artwork or email to love@stanislavbartnikas.comPlease include in the request a desired size and design. Once the size, paper, price is agreed by both parties a payment link will be sent to your email.
PRODUCTION OF ARTWORK
All photos are printed on high museum quality fine art paper from the world’s leading manufacturers (Canson, Hahnemuhle, Innova, etc). The final design will be delivered according to your request with the artist’s recommendation.

PURCHASING POLICY
The cost of work varies and depends on the photo, size, paper, limitation. You will find out the current price in response to your initial request. For reference: prices start from 888 EU for a work in the size of 60×40 cm.
According to the laws of the Russian Federation, from where the shipment takes place, and due to the simplified taxation of the author, photographs are not subject to VAT. The buyer independently pays customs duties and taxes in force in his country of residence.

LIMITED EDITION
All photographs are printed in a limited edition of a maximum of several dozen copies, depending on the work and its size. All photographs are signed personally by Stanislav Bartnikas with a certificate of conformity also signed by the artist.
The limited edition guarantees the buyer the exclusivity of photographs. The electronic sale and transfer is not allowed unless the buyer wishes to purchase an original photograph for an additional fee.

REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. All photos are checked before shipping to ensure they meet the print quality parameters and are free from scratches and creases. High-quality prints cannot be returned nor exchanged. In case of damage to the work during transportation (such cases are extremely rare), please contact the artist to handle each case individually.
DELIVERY POLICY
Photos are sent in a shockproof tube by DHL express delivery service to your address. Delivery is free of charge.
STATE GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. You agree and acknowledge that any action to enforce these Terms and Conditions will be brought solely to the Courts located in Moscow, Russia.
