If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and follow the procedure in the “Damage in Transit” section below.

For customers outside the European Union and the United Kingdom, we do not normally accept returns or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.

Production usually takes 3 working days, followed by delivery.
Delivery time depends on the destination country and shipping method.
Shipping is included in the price unless otherwise stated at checkout.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

Please provide clear photographs of:
• the damaged product;
• the outer and inner packaging, where available;
• the shipping label.
Please retain the packaging until the claim has been resolved.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at our expense.
