Returns
If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and follow the procedure in the “Damage in Transit” section below.
For consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, statutory withdrawal rights may also apply. Please see the “Right of Withdrawal - EU and UK” section below.
For customers outside the European Union and the United Kingdom, we do not normally accept returns or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
This does not affect any rights you may have in relation to goods that arrive damaged, defective or not as described.
Delivery
Production usually takes 3 working days, followed by delivery.
Delivery time depends on the destination country and shipping method.
Shipping is included in the price unless otherwise stated at checkout.
For orders fulfilled outside the destination country, local import taxes, customs duties or courier clearance fees may apply. Where applicable, these charges are payable by the recipient unless otherwise stated.
Damage in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days of delivery.
Please provide clear photographs of:
- the damaged product;
- the outer and inner packaging, where available;
- the shipping label.
Please retain the packaging until the claim has been resolved.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at our expense.
The timeframes above are intended to help us resolve shipping claims quickly and do not limit any mandatory statutory rights you may have in relation to damaged, defective or misdescribed goods.
Right of withdrawal, EU and UK
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires.
You may use our online Withdrawal page or send us a clear statement by email informing us that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

Yes, it's right place at the right time, but it's technically impressive in that it's absolutely sharp and crisp. I hope to see more of your photos!

Stanislav, something incredible has just happened to me (and is still happening). My first look at the photograph: a smile from ear to ear and such joyful jubilation inside: "Oh, I know this! This energy is familiar to me."
And then it hit me: as if an osteopath took me gently and firmly by the shoulders, put a knee against my thoracic spine and began to straighten my back, strongly and gently. And yet there is no tension, inside there is absolute calm and jubilation. I don't yet understand what these energies are doing with my body, but I really like it! Thank you from my heart for sharing this miracle!
